I constantly save them and look back at them when I'm going through something difficult and they always help me get on the right thinking path. I recently read a quote but I forgot who the author was, but it inspired me to write what that quote meant to me. The quote said, "May you live everyday of your life." I didn't realize how many times I wasn't living in the days that I was blessed with. It inspired me to write the following:

As you wake in the morning, remember the blessing you are grateful for - Life, Health, Family, Home, Memories, Jobs, Partners. Take a deep breathe and inhale the sunrise, the conl morning air moist with the dew of the new dawn we were given. Take pride in the diligent preparation required of you as you set your family off to experience the new day you were all blessed with. Have the urgency to start the morning with the freshes outlook on your new day. Be grateful for the new canvas you were blessed with to pain another picture for your book called Life. Take a moment to recall your yesterday, reminisce the positives, learn from the negatives and be grateful for the opportunity given.
Embrace your today with all of your strength, with all of your might. Indulge in every minute of it. Do not let any experience slip through your memory. Take in every experience and savor its triumps, lesson, and defeats.
Use your midday hour which will find you craving the feeding of your boday and soul to help push you through to the next few hours of your day. Invite a friend or two to enjoy a heavenly luch that will be that much better because you will feed your soul with laughter and conversation. Be ready for the hustle and bustle that awaits your afternoon. Then afternoon when the house will become full again, when everyone heads for the comfort and save haven we all call home at the end of a blessed and much lived day.
Sit back and be gratefu, for your family is home.
Enjoy the diligent work required of you as you plan and prepare a meal much desereved for all of you. Share in the glory of communion with your children as you all work towards the preparation of the most important meal of the day. The meal where you will al sit together and enjoy each others company and you will share the ups and down of your well lived day. Cherish the stories they will share with you. Feel their enthusiasm, their disappointmens, their triumphs, and their grustrations. Share with them that this is life, and they they should be grafeful the learning expriences their will lived had offered for them to learn from.
Bask in the now, bask in the comfort and deserving rest your body now craves, because dinners is done and your rest awaits you. The comfort of your couch, or your bed, the much deserved rest you so earnestly earned through your well lived day has finally arrived. Rejoice with your family knowing everyone is home and safe and resing, and getting ready for the new day that awaits to be well lived. Take pleasure in the contentment you are feeling knowing that your really did Live this day in your everyday life.

Welcome back!
